I had an airbag recall for 2010 Lincoln MKZ. Had delayed getting this done as the car was not being driven. Our location away from the DFW metroplex made it challenging to getting this done. The car was under a do not drive warning. Through my son-in-law he reached out to Mac Haik Ford Desoto regarding my issue. I was immediately contacted by their service department to set up an on-site repair with the technician coming to my house, over an hour away. I am not a customer and yet the service was amazing. I was contacted when the technician was in route and upon arrival. The service was completed in no time and very professionally. If this is the quality and level of service that Mac Haik provides a non customer, I would feel extremely confident in buying a vehicle and being a customer there with this high degree of attention and complete satisfaction.
