My experience was excellent. The service lane manager and staff we very and helpful. I got a repair video form the tech that worked on my vehicle with maintenance recommendations and informative walk through power point of components under my vehicle. Excellent 45 minutes to an hour and a half and I was out of there.
I'm very pleased with the service that I received on 9-8. The advisor was very attentive to my issue. She explained n showed a video of what was founded that need to be addressed.

Our sales rep Michael was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was straight and honest through the whole process. He took the time to understand what we actually needed instead of pushing us toward the biggest ticket, and he answered every question directly — including the ones where the honest answer wasn’t the easy one. There was no pressure and no runaround. He kept us updated at each step and followed through on everything he said he’d do, which made the whole thing painless from start to finish.
