They employ deceptive practices to lure people in, then change already agreed-upon terms. They don't want to honor advertised price. They gave me an "out the door" price with line-by-line details, then indicated they couldn't honor that price and wanted to add over $2k more. Don't trust them!
What a great experience we had buying a car from Mussie Gebrechekos in sales, Alan Wright, the sales manager, and Kian Kargar in finance. They were indeed the "Dream Team". NO high-pressure sales; we felt like everyone listened, considered my granddaughter's needs and budget, and found the best deal for her on a Ford Bronco Sport. It was the fastest car-buying experience, especially on a Saturday. Thank you so much; we will return with our future purchases.

With all the bad luck I was having with my vehicle I was getting more and more bad news. I tried contacting local ford dealerships for assistance near Grand Prairie TX. But got no help. From the first call I placed to Mac Haik Ford the support was amazing. The helped with my policy, got me a loaner so I wouldn’t miss work and kept me in the loop during the entire process. Great dealership experience! Wish they would have told me Ford covered a loaner car for the recall of airbag issue on my Ford Edge. Overall things went well and Dan was very professional and was customer focused.

The team at mac haik desoto was awesome the salesman obie sales manager Alex and the finance guy Paul I believe were just incredibly great people to deal with got there test drove the car and drove out of there with our new car in less than 2 hours with a great price sales decent apr a bad xxx car with all the amenities I needed and just great customer service. Service took a little longer than I expected but overall experience was good. Edwardo only problem was I was told I would get 2 years of free oil change when I purchased new vehicle. It didn't happen. Next time I'll be sure to get it in writing.
I had a good experience with them replacing the latches on all of the doors that were recalled. The huge problem was when I brought it back because one of the windows fell down into the door when I rolled down the window. I had an appointment for them to fix it. I went in and told a large white man that I had an appointment and what it was for. He said the window had nothing to do with the latches. Tommy was not a pushy salesman. He is very knowledgeable and nice. He help clean my old car that I was trading in. I told him all my requirements as far as trade in, finance. He helped me look throw a big bag of keys to get my hitch off my old car. He was very nice and patient. Couldn't ask for a better salesman.

Oscar in Service work hard to get my car repaired in a fast and efficient way. Oscar was really kind. The only thing I didnt like is the Service Department they dont have loaners while they repair your car. But they do go the extra mile to save you money.
Our experience getting our car serviced was excellent. Everybody was courteous and very professional. We were able to call in ahead and make a reservation, and dropped off the car. It was ready at the time they estimated. We are repeat customers.

I bought a 17 Mustang 5.0 and and GPS along with the stereo, cd player, a\c controls ect.. have gone out. I took it to be serviced, they called n said that it was the memory of my car was damaged. They ordered the part and til now i have not heard back. I have no part and i am driving around with my systemnot working properly. I am beyond disappointed with Ford and its staff. I dropped my car off to see what's wrong .. David called to advise what they believe problem was and the related cost. I choose to pick up car as I don't have upwards of $4500 plus to fix problem, I thank David for his honesty and advising up front the $$ I'm looking at spending to fix issue there.
Always communicates with you and I never feel like I'm being given a sales pitch to get extra that I really don't need at that time.
Called before quick lane to see how long of wait, advised wait was not long and when I walked in was greeted at the door and he called my name. All I can say excellent service

The tech report said i needed new wiper blades, rear brakes and the lug nuts were all swollen! And a new set cost over $5 plus labor to exchange them all plus they weren't in stock! I ordered online the next day they came in the second day cost $29 and my husband replaced them in an hour! I had two different brake places examine front and rear brakes,and they agreed front were at 11%, the rear 27% wear left! YOUR quote for just the rear was over $200 before turning rotors! I have a 2018 F-150 STX, and for some reason there was a SPRING poking out of the drivers side seat, which had rubbed a hole through the fabric and was sticking me in my back. I took it to this location and the service adviser took a couple of pictures, and told me he would call me the next day. At the end of the next day I called him because he hadn't called me.

I found the service and results to be wonderful. I haven't had very much success with dealership sense the closure of Doug Stanley as I mentioned to service provider (Dan) I purchased two vehicles brand new and they were very good to me but enough said the title and pricing for the services were simply awesome.

The Mac Haik Ford staff were awesome. They took their time with the process and made sure that everything was reasonable and within reason. They were very considerate and respectful of the customers time. Overall customer service means everything to me and they were awesome.

The service department is awful! My husband recently bought a brand new F-150 from Mac Haik Ford. The next day, he noticed that a minor repair was needed. Mac Haik Ford told him when to come back because they had to order a part. Instead of informing him that the part hadn’t come in, they waited until he showed up for the appointment to tell him that they had to reschedule. This is a great service center! They were able to diagnose and repair an issue that another Ford dealer was unable to after 3 attempts. Communication was excellent and I will certainly come here again for any future needs.
I took my car in for the second time {unrelated maintenance) and the second visit was as good as the first. They got me checked in quickly, notified me as soon as the vehicle was done and was ready for me when I picked up the vehicle. My service tech was personable, called me by name and was diligent in making sure all of my questions were answered. It was an overall excellent experience and they earned my business.

I went in for the works package and they found that I had nails in two tires they plugged them for me and got me back on the road in less than two hours. I was there before 8 am so choose your time wisely. Great and speedy service; I'll be going back.

I was looking for a new truck. They sent one I was interested in an was trying to set the final price so I could pick it. Then the craziness started. I was given a price of $27,779, a price of $29,206, now a price of $33,084 a 20% increase in over a week.

2016 f250 was taken in for warranty work just before warranty expired. Had my truck for an oil leak, xx engine light, and back up camera inop 80% of time. Got truck back still leaking oil and back up camera glitchy. Also, my truck was hit while in the shop. I was told it never left the bay?? Ok, but 89 miles were put on the odometer.
